Wellness Wednesday


Oats with some garlic and a little salt may sound weird but is delicious… ok so boil 2 cups water with a sprinkle of salt, when it boils add 1 cup whole oats and garlic.  Lower heat and let simmer 3-5 min, add butter or favorite fat maybe coconut or olive oil. Best on empty stomach!  ~Melat Dawit
